Multiple Spellings:

1. Several entries prefixed the Godolphin surname with 'De' ('Of').  Opted to use name without the prefix. 
2. One entry had 'Otes' spelled as 'Otis', which may be a misspelling.  Others had 'Eudes', perhaps an Old English spelling.  No further research made.
3. Some entries had the wife of Otes Godolphin as "L'Arcedekne" (Lady Archdeacon??).  No further research made.
